Privacy Policy

Version 1.1 · Updated September 29, 2026 · support@movarago.com

This Policy explains how the MovaraGo web service handles personal information.

Web launch scope

MovaraGo is offered at app.movarago.com to adults age 18 or older in the United States and Puerto Rico. MOVA AI Coach is available only with Premium access, including an eligible 7-day trial.

Wearable integrations, including Oura and Apple Watch, are coming soon. They cannot be connected and no device data is collected or synchronized in this release. Fitness information entered manually remains part of the service.

The web service uses Stripe for subscriptions, Anthropic for AI features, Google and Apple for optional sign-in, AWS and email delivery services, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and essential session, locale and OAuth-security cookies. It does not request generic marketing consent as part of account creation.

1. Controller and scope

Navelon, Inc. owns the MovaraGo brand and is the proposed entity responsible for the processing described here. This Policy covers the MovaraGo web application and mobile application features that are actually available. The official privacy contact, postal details, supported markets and regional representative requirements remain pending review.

2. Information you provide

  • Account data such as email, password-derived hash or supported Google/Apple identity, email-verification status and legal-acceptance records.
  • Profile and fitness preferences such as display name, goals, experience, equipment, training setting, units, timezone and optional body information.
  • Programs, workout sessions and sets, progress, recovery check-ins, challenge participation and favorites.
  • AI Coach messages and program-generation requests, plus information deliberately included in those conversations.

4. Authentication, sessions and technical records

We process token hashes, session issue/expiry/revocation state, user agent and IP address for login, session management, security and abuse prevention. Application and infrastructure logs may include request metadata, errors and provider event identifiers. Logging is configured to redact authorization headers, cookies and known secret fields.

5. Billing information

Stripe is the provider for current web Checkout and the customer portal. MovaraGo stores provider customer/subscription identifiers, plan and interval, status, trial and entitlement dates, cancellation state and webhook processing records. Stripe handles full payment-card details; the application does not intentionally store full card numbers.

Apple and Google purchase channels are not offered in this web launch.

6. How information is used

  • Create, authenticate, secure and support accounts and sessions.
  • Provide and personalize workouts, programs, progress, recovery, challenges, AI and connected-health features selected by the user.
  • Operate Premium access, billing, trials, cancellation status and service communications.
  • Diagnose errors, protect systems, prevent abuse, enforce service rules and comply with applicable obligations.
  • Evaluate and improve product reliability and features using data available to the service; any optional analytics or marketing use would require separate verification and disclosure.

7. AI processing and Anthropic

When you use MOVA AI Coach, Node sends Anthropic the system instructions, your current request and a bounded portion of relevant conversation/account context needed to respond. MovaraGo also stores the conversation and usage records for product history and quota operation.

Anthropic’s current commercial API documentation describes its own default retention and exceptions. The applicable contract and production settings, including whether any special retention arrangement exists and whether provider data may be used for model improvement, must be verified before this Policy is approved. We therefore do not promise zero retention or make an unverified training claim.

10. Visibility and sharing with users

The reviewed product does not operate a public social profile, marketplace or public message feed. Account, workout, health and AI conversation data is treated as private to the authenticated experience unless the user deliberately uses a future sharing feature that is separately disclosed.

11. Retention and deletion

No final retention periods are stated. Active account/product data, AI records, connected-health data and tokens, billing records, legal evidence, security logs and infrastructure backups require an approved category-by-category schedule.

An account-deletion workflow has been developed and tested but remains disabled in production pending that schedule and operational approval. It is designed to revoke sessions and remove active data while tracking provider actions and retaining only records authorized by the final policy and law. Account deletion and subscription cancellation remain separate processes.

12. Choices and privacy rights

Available controls let users review or update certain profile information, manage sessions, disconnect supported health integrations, manage billing through the relevant provider and request account deletion when enabled. Privacy rights may also exist under applicable law and do not depend on agreeing with this Policy.

The official request channel and identity-verification process must be published after contact details and regional requirements are approved. Health, marketing, tracking and device permissions remain separate choices rather than general consent inferred from this Policy.

13. Security

MovaraGo uses measures designed to protect information, including password hashing, token hashing, access controls, signed OAuth state, secure production cookies and log redaction. No online system is perfectly secure, and no certification or absolute guarantee is claimed.

Premium trials and limited abuse-prevention records

A Premium trial is available only to eligible accounts. An account that has already started a trial cannot receive another trial. Deleting an account and registering again with the same email does not renew trial eligibility during the 24 months after that trial began. You may still create a new account, use available free features, or choose a paid subscription under the terms shown at Checkout. Deletion does not restore the old account or its data.

To apply this rule, we retain a protected fingerprint derived from the account email, the trial start date and the expiry date in a separate record. It contains no readable email, profile, workouts, AI conversations or payment details. The fingerprint is pseudonymous personal information, not anonymous information. We use it only to check trial eligibility and prevent repeated trial claims, not for advertising.

This record remains after account deletion and expires 24 months from the trial start, not from deletion or a later sign-in. Changing the email on an account that used a trial records the old and new email fingerprints with the same original expiry. Expired records stop affecting eligibility immediately and are removed from the active database by an hourly cleanup. This period does not set a retention period for separate billing records or infrastructure backups; expired trial records must be purged before restored backups are used for eligibility checks.

For questions, an incorrect eligibility decision, or applicable privacy requests, contact support@movarago.com. Requests are assessed under applicable law; this policy does not waive your rights. The expiry of this record does not guarantee a new promotional offer.
