Terms of Service

Version 1.1 · Updated September 29, 2026 · support@movarago.com

These Terms govern use of the MovaraGo web service.

Web launch scope

MovaraGo is offered at app.movarago.com to adults age 18 or older in the United States and Puerto Rico. MOVA AI Coach is available only with Premium access, including an eligible 7-day trial.

Wearable integrations, including Oura and Apple Watch, are coming soon. They cannot be connected and no device data is collected or synchronized in this release. Fitness information entered manually remains part of the service.

The web service uses Stripe for subscriptions, Anthropic for AI features, Google and Apple for optional sign-in, AWS and email delivery services, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and essential session, locale and OAuth-security cookies. It does not request generic marketing consent as part of account creation.

1. Who provides MovaraGo

MovaraGo is a fitness and wellness service and a brand owned by Navelon, Inc. In these Terms, “Navelon,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Navelon, Inc.; “MovaraGo” refers to the website, applications and related services we provide.

These Terms apply to the portions of MovaraGo that are made available to you. Features described as planned, in development or in testing are not promised as part of the current service.

2. Acceptance and scope

You accept these Terms through the explicit account-creation action or a separate acceptance step when the service requires it. Merely browsing a public page or reading the Privacy Policy is not acceptance of these Terms.

The server determines which approved version, if any, requires acceptance. Editorial changes do not automatically require renewed acceptance; material changes may require notice and a new affirmative action where appropriate.

4. Fitness and wellness features

MovaraGo may provide exercise education, an exercise library, workout and program planning, workout tracking, progress views, recovery check-ins, challenges, profile preferences and connected-health features. Availability can differ between web and mobile and by account access level.

MovaraGo does not guarantee fitness outcomes. You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate to your condition, surroundings and equipment and for stopping if you experience pain, faintness, chest pain, severe dizziness or other concerning symptoms.

5. No medical care

MovaraGo, its exercise content, recovery information and AI-assisted responses are educational and informational. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services or a substitute for a qualified health professional.

Do not use the service to make urgent medical decisions. Seek appropriate professional or emergency help when circumstances require it, and consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing exercise if you have health concerns.

6. MOVA AI Coach

MOVA AI Coach can generate conversational fitness guidance using information you submit and limited account context selected by the service. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for you and must be reviewed using your own judgment.

Do not submit information that is unnecessary for your request. Navelon does not promise that AI output will achieve a particular result or replace human professional judgment.

7. Acceptable use

Use MovaraGo only lawfully and in a manner that does not harm the service or others.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, defeat security or usage limits, scrape the service, introduce malware or disrupt infrastructure.
  • Do not use the service to violate rights, harass others, commit fraud, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, or generate unlawful or dangerous content.
  • Do not misuse health integrations, payment systems, AI tools or another person’s account or data.

9. Pricing, Subscriptions and Billing

Creating a MovaraGo account is free and is separate from purchasing Premium. Account creation alone does not start a paid subscription, authorize a charge or begin a trial.

MovaraGo Premium Monthly costs USD $19.99 per month and is billed monthly. MovaraGo Premium Yearly costs USD $179.99 and is billed as one annual charge. The annual price is equivalent to approximately USD $15.00 per month, but it is not charged monthly. Compared with twelve monthly payments of USD $19.99, the annual plan saves approximately 25%.

An account is eligible for one 7-day Premium trial only if it has never started or consumed a Premium trial. For an eligible account, the trial begins only after the user selects a Premium plan and completes Stripe Checkout. If Checkout creates an automatically renewing subscription, the first recurring charge for the selected plan is scheduled when the 7-day trial ends unless the subscription is canceled before then.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless canceled before the next renewal. A web subscription can be managed from Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. The portal and the account interface show the effective cancellation and access dates. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current period, future renewal stops and Premium access continues until the displayed period or trial end; unpaid time does not create Premium entitlement.

Canceling a subscription is different from deleting an account. Use the subscription portal to cancel without deleting your account. The account-deletion procedure explains identity verification, cancellation of associated Stripe subscriptions, removal of active data and limited records retained afterward.

Before confirmation, Stripe Checkout displays the amount it will charge and any tax it actually applies. The current application code does not calculate tax or enable Stripe Automatic Tax; deployed Stripe tax settings and legally required tax treatment still require verification. Refunds, price changes and mandatory consumer rights are governed by applicable law and the disclosures presented before they apply; cancellation does not by itself promise a refund of an earlier charge. Billing questions may be sent to support@movarago.com.

10. Ownership and user content

MovaraGo software, branding, interfaces, exercise presentation and original content are owned by Navelon, Inc. or its licensors. These Terms provide only a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service as offered.

You retain rights you hold in information you submit. You grant Navelon a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit and display that information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and support the features you choose. These Terms do not grant advertising rights over private AI conversations or fitness data.

11. Availability, changes and enforcement

We may maintain, secure, correct, add, limit or discontinue features and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material violations. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Premium trials and limited abuse-prevention records

A Premium trial is available only to eligible accounts. An account that has already started a trial cannot receive another trial. Deleting an account and registering again with the same email does not renew trial eligibility during the 24 months after that trial began. You may still create a new account, use available free features, or choose a paid subscription under the terms shown at Checkout. Deletion does not restore the old account or its data.

To apply this rule, we retain a protected fingerprint derived from the account email, the trial start date and the expiry date in a separate record. It contains no readable email, profile, workouts, AI conversations or payment details. The fingerprint is pseudonymous personal information, not anonymous information. We use it only to check trial eligibility and prevent repeated trial claims, not for advertising.

This record remains after account deletion and expires 24 months from the trial start, not from deletion or a later sign-in. Changing the email on an account that used a trial records the old and new email fingerprints with the same original expiry. Expired records stop affecting eligibility immediately and are removed from the active database by an hourly cleanup. This period does not set a retention period for separate billing records or infrastructure backups; expired trial records must be purged before restored backups are used for eligibility checks.

For questions, an incorrect eligibility decision, or applicable privacy requests, contact support@movarago.com. Requests are assessed under applicable law; this policy does not waive your rights. The expiry of this record does not guarantee a new promotional offer.
